Akilah known as Radiant is originally from Gary, Indiana and has lived in Texas for over 20 years. She is a woman of God, Believer and follower of Jesus Christ, a mother of 3 beautiful and outgoing children. She serves God through her voice using the platform He has blessed her with as a Mother, a Speaker, a Blogger, a Life Teacher, a Fitness Trainer and Transformational Coach.
Akilah lives on purpose everyday walking in what God has called her to do. To help bridge the gap for women who are silently suffering, hurting, and emotionally broken. Passionately helping women who struggle loving and accepting themselves.
Akilah has a unique perspective because she has uncovered who she is and walks in freedom through her relationship with God. She is free in her spirit, mind and body. God has renewed her mind and restored her soul through spiritual disciplines and she has learned how to partner with God to reconcile her body through physical fitness and healthy eating.
When Akilah stopped craving the things of this world and started craving the things of God. She found her voice through journaling, healing through writing poetry, She is authentically her, uncovered her purpose, regained her confidence and certainty and began believing in herself. She relearned how to love her self and others well in a healthy way.
Today, Akilah identifies and can bodly confess she is an OVERCOMER! She has overcome spiritual and emotional conflict, sexual abuse, promiscuity, shame and guilt, unhealthy and toxic relationships.
As a result of her transformational coaching Akilah has taught women how to uncover their true identity, live authentically, become confident, empowered and equipped them on how to reframe their past, rewrite their reality, cultivate empowering beliefs and exercise walking in their authority!
